This Preorder Policy applies to all preorders placed directly with CLASSONEMODELWORKS COM LLC (“Class One”) By placing a preorder on our website, you, the Purchaser, agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this policy.
Effective Date: October 8, 2024
Class One offers the ability to preorder products after announcing the preorder window for a specific item. By placing a preorder, you reserve the exact model(s) desired when they become available from the manufacturer.
How to Place Preorders
Preorders can be placed online at classonemodelworks.com or by calling us at +1 (816) 243-0044.
When placing a preorder, you will need to accept our preorder policy during the checkout process.
Tracking Preorders
Class One works closely with our factory to provide accurate delivery schedules. Preorder delivery status will be updated on our website’s Delivery Schedule. Occasionally, manufacturing delays or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery dates. We will inform you of any significant changes to your preorder status.
When your preorder items ship from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information for your shipment.
ClassOne no longer offers unpaid preorders. If you have an existing unpaid preorder, please see this section otherwise skip ahead to Changes and Cancellations. Once products arrive at our warehouse, you will receive an invoice with payment instructions. Please ensure payment is made within 10 days; otherwise, your preorder may be canceled. We will make an effort to contact you before cancellation.
Changes and Cancellations
We understand that changes in circumstances may require you to adjust or cancel your preorder. You can request quantity reductions or cancellations by contacting us via email at contactus@classonemodelworks.com or by calling (816) 243-0044.
Please provide your email address, full name, order number, and details of any adjustments needed.

Preorder Shipping
Preorders typically ship within 3-5 business days of product arrival, though high volume may extend this timeframe. Selecting expedited shipping methods affects transit time only; it does not move your order to the front for fulfillment.
