CLASSONEMODELWORKS.COM PERSONAL INFORMATION POLICY, LLC (Class One) maintains a strict company-wide policy that we do not sell, rent, or otherwise give your private information to other organizations, commercial or non-profit. The only exception would be to comply with the law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of, LLC, our users, or others. Any personally identifiable information (name, address, and/or e-mail address) that you submit to us is used only for the purpose for which it was given (to place a product order, to receive our e-mail newsletter, to download software, etc.).  All data transfer, collection and storage is performed in compliance with CCPA, GPDR, Swiss DPA, and LGDP standards.


You always have the right to request information about your stored data, its origin, its recipients, and the purpose of its collection at no charge. You also have the right to request that it be corrected, blocked, or deleted. You can always contact Class One at at any time if you have further questions about privacy and data protection.

LOG FILE TRACKING, LLC uses server log files to track trends, to track activity, and to improve the user experience. This information is shared among Class One employees and leadership and is archived for analysis in the future. These log files contain information about what domain you are visiting from, what browser software you are tying to us with, which operating system you use, and what pages were visited on our site. None of this log file information is linked to the personally identifiable information that you may submit to our site. In other words, all information in this log file is anonymous information. The website provider automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us in these server log files. These include the type and version of your browser, operating system used, referring URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, and IP address. These data are not combined with any personally identifiable information data from other sources such as that stored in your customer account. The basis for data processing is GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or for measures preliminary to a contract.


In order to protect your personal information, Class One takes reasonable precautions and follows industry best practices to ensure personal information is not inappropriately misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, destroyed, or lost.  All sensitive information is encrypted when it is sent from our web site to our processors. We use a firewall to protect our servers and utilize encryption technology to protect sensitive credit card information.


At Class One, our goal is to provide you with the best and most efficient service possible. Class One collects data to help us provide this service. We use the data that we collect about you to fulfill your product and service purchases and to create a personalized online experience. In order to better provide you with these products and services, our website collects two types of information about users: Personally Identifiable and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

Personally Identifiable Information

When you create a customer account, make purchases, enter contests or sweepstakes, join our email list and/or participate in surveys, we collect personal information provided by you. This may include, but is not limited to, your name, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, email address, and credit card or other payment information (Class One does not store any credit card information – that is securely managed through established third-party purchase transaction providers the user selects during checkout and their privacy policies govern their storage and use of that information).

Class One will NEVER sell, rent or provide your personal information including address, phone number and email address to other companies or individuals.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

Non-personally identifiable information is that information referenced in the Log File Tracking section, and that anonymous information is never attached to or combined with personally identifiable information.  We use this information to administer our website and to perform marketing analysis, while assuring full compliance with GDPR standards.


Class One includes the use of cookies on some of our web pages.   In order for to remember your shopping cart information, we place a “cookie,” in the memory of your browser. This “cookie” stores a little information about how you use our site on your computer, where it can only be retrieved by us at a later time. This is how our site remembers you from visit to visit, and lets you customize some of our site for your personal use. Cookies make our site much more convenient for you. Cookies are small files that ask permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added. In addition to the personal customization of our site, the cookie also helps Class One analyze web traffic and/or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.

We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used and how often they are used. This helps us analyze overall data about web page traffic and helps to improve our website in order to tailor it to our customers’ needs. We only use this anonymous information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.

Overall, cookies help us provide you, the customer, with a better website experience by enabling Class One to monitor which pages customers find useful and which they do not. The input data associated with your registration will only be used for the purpose of using the respective site or service for which you registered. Our store is hosted through Shopify for purchase transactions. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify Payments uses your credit card data to complete the purchase transaction. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant, and this compliance extends by default to our Class One store). Your purchase transaction data is stored (used) only as long as is necessary to complete your transaction and then deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. For more insight, you may also wish to read Shopify’s Terms of Service ( and/or Privacy Statement ( accepts payments through certain third-party applications such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Android Pay.  When selecting one of these services for payment processing, the payment data that you provide will be supplied to that processor based on GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), processing for the purpose of completing a contract.  For these providers, it is recommended that you read their privacy policies to understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by them.

When clicking on links to third-party sites or if you are redirected to a third-party website or application you are no longer governed by the Class One Privacy Policy or Class One’s Terms of Service.  Class One is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites.  Refer to their privacy statements regarding use of their site.


The Class One website will, from time to time, ask you, as a website visitor, to complete a survey.  This information in collected to help us better understand who visits our site, what interests or content our visitors prefer, and the effectiveness of our web site. This information is completely anonymous and used within the organization to make decisions about the direction and effectiveness of our web site.

CLASS ONE EMAIL LIST, LLC collects email addresses from website visitors who have either purchased product or have signed up to the website to receive email correspondence or content supplied by Class One.  These addresses are utilized for communication of events, product announcements, informational content, delivery updates and advertising.  Included with all emails that are sent by Class One are clear, concise, and easy-to-follow instructions on how to remove yourself from our list at any time.


By using and/or accessing the website, the user acknowledges that they have read the terms of this privacy policy and to be bound by these terms.  The user also represents that they are of at least 14 years of age, with the supervision and permission of an adult at least 18 years old to access this website.  Class One does not knowingly collect, use or disclose Personally Identifiable Information about visitors under 18 years of age.  If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor under 18 years of age and believe that the minor has disclosed personally identifiable information to us, please contact us at so that we may delete the minor’s information.
