At Class One, we strive to provide innovative, high-quality model railroad products. We hope that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase and your overall experience with our company.
However, if you need to return a product, please review the following policy:
1. Return Requests
- All return requests must be initiated within FORTY (40) DAYS from the date the product was shipped.
- Email us at contactus@classonemodelworks.com with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process.
- Please use the subject line “Return Request”
2. Restocking Fee
- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Damaged Products or Missing Parts
- For damaged products or missing parts, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
4. Return Materials Authorization (RMA)
- An RMA number is required for all product returns. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Contact us at contactus@classonemodelworks.com to obtain an RMA number before shipping your item.
5. How to Return Your Product
- Ensure the product is in its original display box, along with all interior packaging materials.
- Pack the product into a secondary shipping box for protection during shipment.
- Affix the RMA number to the exterior of the package and use a prepaid carrier that provides parcel tracking and insurance.

6. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
